Overview

The California FreshWorks Fund granted $5000 to the 25th Street Collective and Oakland Food Policy Council to support the development of a business plan and pilot project for a mobile food vending program. The program provides training technical assistance licensing guidance and cart rentals to small food entrepreneurs in Alameda County with an emphasis on businesses serving healthy foods in low income low access neighborhoods.
