Apnee Sehat provides education screening and one to one medical consultant services about diabetes to South Asians in the UK (population over 4.2m).Through this service they improve the lifestyle habits and wellbeing of many South Asian communities lessening the burden on the NHS.Through community based specialist clinics education and consultancy we aim to improve the health outcomes of the 350000 South Asians with poorly managed diabetes.Designed by leading clinicians and academics in diabetes care our innovative services have been independently evaluated and are proven to deliver cost savings and improved outcomes to the community.
