Dinex was founded in 1982 by Grethe and Jrgen Dinesen. In 2000 Torben Dinesenbecame CEO and later in 2011 majority shareholder of the entire Dinex Group.Today the Dinex Group headquartered in Denmark operates through 20 companies and employs over 1200 dedicated people worldwide.
