Overview

Fabrick Housing Group began operating in 2008 when it brought together two successful Tees Valley based companies; traditional housing association Tees Valley Housing and Erimus Housing, which was formed when it took over ownership of Middlesbrough Council?s properties in 2004.

In 2012, the group grew even further with the addition of Norcare, bringing even more expertise in specialist housing support for vulnerable people and allowing the group to stretch even further and make a wider positive impact on customers.

Together, the partners in the Fabrick Group manage more than 15,000 homes, from North Tyneside in the north to York in the south, with the majority of homes in Middlesbrough and Stockton-on-Tees, and also offer specialist support packages for some of the most vulnerable people.
