Overview
Goodwill Solutions came into being in January 2008 and was founded by Mike Britton and Graham Tomkins. The new entity was modelled as a Community Interest Company (CIC) and was based on Mike?s vision to establish a business that actively seeks to work for and contribute towards the betterment of the community at large. Over time, Goodwill Solutions has managed to grow and develop without losing sight of their raison d etre i.e putting the community at the heart of all that it does. In December 2011, after a thorough due diligence, The University of Northampton bought a 20% share of the business, which saw Goodwill close the deal on a new 100, 000 sq. ft warehouse in Northampton?s Brackmills Industrial Estate.
