Overview

The Lyme Forest Fund III acquired 72,500 acres of timberlandwausau red pine from the Wausau Paper Company in December 2011. The property, located in northwestern Wisconsin, is principally forested with red pine plantations and has unique geologic features and natural areas. Conservation partners include The Conservation Fund, The Nature Conservancy and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.
