We help companies to unleash hidden capacity inspiring people engaging teams and sparking breakthrough performance.Manzimvula Ventures Inc. established in 1998 is a Certified B Corporation and consulting practice that works with our clients on sustainability and corporate responsibility issues with a keen focus on establishing trust and enabling active and meaningful relationships across their stakeholder communities'.To achieve this we work alongside clients guiding them through our Integrative Strategy Approach stimulating ingenuity and innovation to support them to engage their organizations at a deeper level to understand mindset and create alignment with their core vision and principles while developing new strategies that embed sustainability into operations to drive long term growth.The Manzimvula Team has worked with a wide range of clients and client operations in over 40 countries. Most recently with a focus on approaching sustainability from an education and leadership perspective by developing degree level programs. In 2013 we worked on the team at the Global Institute of Sustainability at Arizona State University as the lead for the Global Context thread of the curriculum to support the development of their new Executive Master's for Sustainability program which we also helped launch in January 2014. In addition to this we are exploring opportunities to work with universities in Africa to develop similar curricula in Sustainability Leadership.
