Overview

RentSpek is a free app that offers users a less invasive home inspection allowing renters to grade a property. Using a series of weighted questions derived from actual home inspections the app prompts the user to look at and log items that they may never have looked at before in an attempt to identify and issues that may pose a risk during their lease. In the end they are provided a grade letting them know the overall quality of the property.
