Overview

Skylight is a not for profit New Zealand trust. Our mission is to be the go to agency in New Zealand for people of all ages at times of trauma loss and grief whatever the cause and whatever the context.We have nationally and internationally recognised expertise as a provider of specialised support for children young people adults and their families/whanau who are affected by tough life situations.Our organisation actively provides expert services to meet people's needs including high quality counselling professional development education a school based resilience programme support resources and information.Skylight advocates on behalf of those we support to central government policy makers community leaders and other providers. We also partner with other agencies to leverage opportunities to make a difference.
