With the help of some of the city s most accomplished and passionate yoga instructors they provide instruction in yoga and mindfulness to students in grades pre K through 12 in public schools from Brooklyn to Manhattan and the Bronx. Their mission is to teach kids to be healthier and happier in learning and in life.

We go where the girls are schools community centers and other kid centric venues and bring girls a slate of programs that incorporate yoga reading and mentoring. Individual classes span 60 90 minutes though most often we administer classes as part of an 8 week after school program or in school emotional support program. We also offer birthday parties and single session classes for Girl Scout troops and private clients.A girl s sense of personhood including her appraisal of worthiness intelligence and influence is established during her elementary years. For this reason Mission Propelle targets girls who fall within this highly influential stage of development.
