Overview
The Brazilian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association is a non-profit organization active since 2000, aimed at the development of long-term investment activity in the country, respecting the conditions covered by the concepts of private equity, venture and seed capital. As representative body of the venture capital industry, ABVCAP defends the interests of industry members from public and private, national and foreign institutions, seeking public policies increasingly toward fostering these investments in the country.
