Overview
International Housing Solutions (IHS) is an international company which invests in community centered affordable housing projects in South Africa and neighbouring countries. IHS is the fund manager of a 10 year private equity fund worth more than R1.9 billion which has been active since 2007. IHS partners with financial institutions real estate developers private capital groups and governments to support the development and construction of affordable housing projects for the sale and rental markets.
