Overview

Planet Habitat Capital is the private equity arm of Domus A.D., LLC. It is a socially responsible firm. It seeks to invest in the affordable living segment including affordable housing, education, green infrastructure, and community services sectors for the lower to moderate income segments. It focuses on solutions such as use of alternative local materials for construction, affordable housing finance, renewable energy, vocational training, quality education at affordable prices, and community livelihood initiatives such as food security.
