Habitat administers the Flexible Capital Access Program (FlexCAP). FlexCAP enables participating affiliates to borrow against selected mortgages in their portfolios generating funding to serve more families. Although the operations of Habitat are international in scope FlexCAP is available only to United States affiliates. Through FlexCAP Habitat has developed a consistent secondary market for Habitat mortgages on a nationwide basis providing qualified affiliates with a vehicle to borrow at favorable rates.
