Vodia Ventures sees market opportunities arising across fundamental economic and social prosperity drivers including clean air and water safe food stable secure fuel and electric power robust public health and efficient durable shelter. As a class these are widely perceived to be too complex and/or expensive to address through commercial means where others may consider them unsolvable we see these unsolvables as large expanding over time and worthy of thoughtful targeted entrepreneurial pursuit.We invest at the seed stage primarily in teams based in the greater Boston area and we actively participate in cultivating the larger entrepreneurial community as much as we are able because we believe that entrepreneurial approaches have the power to reduce many unsolvables to tractable scale by solving one facet at a time profitably.
