Mr. Snegg is the Managing Partner of Berkeley Partners. Since 2005 through Berkeley Partner's affiliates he has led the acquisition of over 5.0 million square feet of multi tenant industrial real estate. Mr. Snegg has been instrumental in building Berkeley Partners into one of the premier institutional multi tenant industrial operators.
