Bill Maw

Overview

Bill has served as Liquidnet’s Chief Financial Officer since July 2005. From February 1995 to July 2005, he was employed by General Electric, where he held several senior finance positions, including Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at GE Equipment Services, Controller & Head of the Transaction Advisory Group at GE Capital Aviation Services and Controller at GE Global Consumer Finance. Bill also spent two years in the Technology Group at GE Equity, where he was involved in originating and managing equity investments. Prior to GE, Bill spent thirteen years in the audit and accounting profession, including seven years at Price Waterhouse in New York, where he was a senior audit manager in the Financial Services Industry Practice. Bill is a Chartered Accountant.
