lawyer graduated from Largo São Francisco Faculty of Law (USP) and Economics from PUC/SP, He has a Master's Degree in law from Cornell University Law School (USA). Founding partner of Sicherle Lawyers and S&A Consultoria Econômica Ltda. He has twenty-five years of experience in banking, trade finance, asset management and private equity, mergers, acquisitions and restructurings, locally and internationally. Recent experiences include the management buy-out of a heavy equipment distributor with annual revenues exceeding R$500 million, structuring and raising capital via private placement of extraction and processing of ore valued at USD350 million, the structuring of several private equity funds and receivables securitization (FIPs, FIDC and offshore) and trade finance operations and debt restructuring in the agribusiness sector, representing financial institutions and foreign private creditors in transactions whose aggregate value exceeded U$1 billion in the last 24 months.
