Overview
Erika Morgan, Business Development Manager, leads CollectiveSun's new customer outreach efforts, furthering her particular enthusiasm for meeting new non-profits, opening new territories and helping more communities “go solar”. An experienced manager, speaker and clean energy educator, Erika's experience stretches across many sides of the burgeoning solar energy industry – deputy commissioner, policymaker and regulator in two states; trainer, presenter, communications manager; process facilitator and expert in start-ups; and global clean energy consultant. She has founded, staffed and/or served on the Boards of numerous non-profits, including Maine Interfaith Power and Light, the Mainewatch Institute and the Northeast Sustainable Energy Association. She brings to her work with CollectiveSun a deep understanding of the solar industry, based in a decade of consulting to multiple residential solar and other clean energy companies as they respond to challenges of growth and change.
