Overview
In this new position, Kirby will be responsible for client implementation, support and customer care. He joins CarePayment from WebMD where he was senior director of implementation services and shared services. At WebMD, Kirby managed all client implementation resources, including solution architects, project managers, and business analysts. He led new client analysis and integration, developed implementation processes, and resolved critical client issues. Previously Kirby held several product and implementation positions at Sage Timberline Software, a leading accounting business solution. He graduated from Oregon State University with a bachelor of science in business administration with concentrations in accounting and finance management.
