Nancy Metzger

Overview

Prior to joining WCCN, Nancy was the Financial Service Practice Leader and Associate Vice President for the International Executive Service Corps (IESC). With more than 15 years of private sector development and international management experience, she brings practical knowledge and technical expertise in financial services, commercial law, corporate governance, non-bank financial institutions (fund) development, and proposal writing. She also has in-depth organizational development experience. Nancy joined IESC from SNV, the Netherlands Development Organization, where she served as Deputy Regional Director for Latin America from 2009-2011. Prior to SNV, Nancy was Senior Project Officer in the Capital Markets and Corporate Governance Department at the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank Group in charge of Latin American program-related investments on behalf of a donor trust fund.
