Amit Kataria

Overview

Growing up in Choma Village of Haryana Amit Kataria experienced firsthand the inequity in computer education during his school days. Unlike many other young people in his neighborhood he was lucky enough to finish his higher studies in New Delhi after which he returned to his native village and realized that the situation had not improved. Despite his walking disability Amit worked hard to make ROSE a reality holding on to his strong commitment to help rural youth realize their potential through computer education and the opportunities this education can bring about. Currently Amit works tirelessly to oversee the day to day operations of the organization and increase ROSE's impacts. In addition to human resources management strategic planning and financial management Amit takes student enquiries manages partnerships and much more.
