Overview
Ernst is the chairman of BHP – Brugger and Partners Ltd, a consulting firm specialized in sustainability strategies. He is also chairman of SV Group, Zurich; Precious Woods Holding Ltd; sanu future learning ag; Lausanne Hospitality Consulting as well as member of the board of directors of other organizations such as Erdgas Zürich; BG Bonnard & Gardel Holding S.A. and previously the World Microfinance Forum Geneva. He is an honorary member of the International Committee of the Red Cross and a part-time Professor at the University of Zurich. He was the first CEO of FUNDES in Latinamerica and initiated ProFund, the first fund of funds in microfinance.
