Hilary is the Co-founder of Project Equity, a new nonprofit that builds economic resiliency with low-income communities by demonstrating and replicating strategies that increase worker ownership. Hilary is passionate about scaling social and environmental impact, developing leadership (especially among those who rarely access formal leadership roles), and helping individuals, communities, and organizations realize their full potential.
