Jeff Binstock

Overview

Jeff leads MIX toward our vision of appropriate and accessible financial services for everyone, everywhere. He guides MIX’s strategic direction, in close alignment with the Board of Directors, and builds relationships with funders and key partners. Jeff brings more than 20 years of experience in finance, operations, sales, and product management across the finance, media, and information services industries. He was most recently the COO of Gengo, a Tokyo-based online translation service. He helped build and grow Artnet, the most comprehensive database of the art auction market, and Atwood Richards, a key facilitator of barter and countertrade transactions supporting developing countries in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Jeff has a BA from Columbia University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
