Overview
Jeff is a social enterprise lawyer in Atlanta, GA, where he represents early and later-stage entrepreneurs, privately held companies and investors in a variety of corporate transactional matters, including start-up structuring, angel, venture capital and private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
