Jennifer James has nearly 20 years of experience in applied research and consulting with foundations, public agencies, and nonprofits. Ms. James technical skills range from research (needs assessment and feasibility studies) and evaluation (developmental, formative and summative) to the consultative practices of strategic planning and strategy development, and group facilitation. Special areas of her expertise include cross-sector integration, early childhood development, child welfare, and community development.
