Overview
Jonathan has spent more than a decade providing transactional legal advice to international private equity and venture capital financial clients on mergers and acquisitions, fund raising, investment transactions, restructurings and investor relations. He has worked with some of the most recognized names in American industry, including Bank of America, Bain Capital, Motorola, Morgan Stanley, United Airlines, General Electric and Goldman Sachs. It is his legal, financial and investment experience, which he brings to benefit the Malawi Mangoes team. In addition, Jonathan has spent over 20 years teaching leadership and motivational skills to young people around the world.
