Joy McBrien started Fair Anita with an undying passion to provide opportunities to women and girls around the world. With 10+ years selling mission-based products and experience founding and working with women’s artisan groups in 15+ countries, Joy lends her expertise in customer behaviors, retail sales, marketing, pricing, and sourcing. Since founding her jewelry business Joylery when she was 15, she now works to increase capacity of start-up organizations, especially international development and social ventures.
