She also serves as a consultant to brands and nonprofits that wish to engage the younger generations -- especially in civic engagement, CSR, cause-branding and social impact initiatives. Lee founded PeerSpring.com after interviewing a few thousand youth about their frustration in not having the opportunity to shape civil outcomes. As a social finance vehicle, PeerSpring unlocks both crowd and impact investor funds.
