Nathan is a chairman of CRECER. Bachelor in Economics. Professional experienced in Public Health Rural Development and Management of Non Governmental Organizations. His career is consolidated with 24 years as National Director of Andean Rural Health Council (CSRA) 4 Multiple Services on Appropriate Technologies (SEMTA) plus 20 years as a member of the Board and three years as General Manager of Rural Electric Cooperative La Paz (CORELPAZ).
