Overview
Rob Esposito is Orrick’s Impact Finance Fellow and a member of Orrick’s Impact Finance practice. In this role, Rob represents social entrepreneurs, impact investors and non-profit organizations dedicated to providing essential services, products and growth opportunities in the areas of financial inclusion, employment, energy, water and sanitation, education, housing and health. Rob provides representation in a diverse range of transactional matters including company formation (including alternative and hybrid corporate forms for social enterprises), corporate governance and securities law, angel and venture capital impact financings, social impact bonds, program-related investments, mission-related investments, donor-advised funds, and comprehensive non-profit advising.
