Cynthia Jaggi

The Founder of GatherWell, Cynthia has developed a unique approach to supporting practical idealists with a combination of inner resilience and entrepreneurial skills. Formerly a Partner at the Management Consulting firm Fitzgerald Analytics Cynthia focused on Organizational Development, Strategic Planning and Executive Coaching. She advised both for and non-profits, including members of the Fortune 500 and New Profit portfolio social innovators. Cynthia also served as the Chief Program Officer of Catholic Charities of the East Bay, one of the largest Social Service agencies in the East Bay, where she oversaw the development of a radical new social impact strategy and the programmatic leadership team to support it. She holds an M.Sc. in Environmental, Socio-Economic and Technological Planning, and has lived in Asia, the Middle East and Europe, though she now makes her home in the Bay Area.
