Overview
Mr. Richardson has more than 20 years of experience in private equity, mergers & acquisitions and community leadership. Mr. Richardson has co-founded or served as CEO for five companies: ICV Partners, a $440 million minority-owned private equity fund; Chung’s Foods, a $20 million Asian food company; Gold Coast Securities, a $4 million investment bank in Ghana; HBS Cleaners (a $300,000 business that he ran while attending Harvard Business School); and IMB. He has been equally committed to community leadership and has founded or served as president of the Council of Urban Professionals (CUP); the MBE M&A Summit; the Plan Sponsor and Emerging Manager Conference; REACH NYC; and the Purdue Black Alumni Organization. He received a BS in Accounting from Purdue University and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Robert Toigo Fellow.
