Overview
Tim Robards manages forestry and carbon analytics for New Forests’ carbon and timberland investments in the United States. Tim provides quantitative oversight of forest carbon projects in the assessment, project development and operational phases and will manage forestry operations on New Forests’ U.S. timberland assets. Tim has over 25 years of experience as a forester and forest biometrician. Tim was Principal at Spatial Informatics Group, LLC where he led the Forest and Carbon Program working on research and consulting projects. Previously, he held positions in the Fire and Resource Assessment Program, Demonstration State Forests, and Forest Practices during a 20-year career with the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE).
