Overview
Tinia Pina is Re-Nuble's Founder and Chief Executive Officer. A finance professional of five years and a passionate community volunteer, Tinia started to develop Re-Nuble as an extension of her volunteer work and interest in urban sustainability and organic agriculture. She understands that making a significant and permanent impact in our communities and environment will require a practical and sustainable business solution. This understanding has led her to conceive Re-Nuble. She believes that if Re-Nuble can manage to close the loop between waste generation and waste disposal, to repurpose our waste in a useful way, the environmental and social impact will be tremendous. Tinia has a B.S. in Business Information Technology from Virginia Tech and is currently studying at the Center for Environmental Research and Conservation at Columbia University's Earth Institute and is studying to become a Solid Waste Association of North America Certified Composting Systems Technical Associate.
