Overview

City Health Works! is a non profit business that rapidly trains peer coaches from low income communities to educate and support families in their neighborhoods to better prevent and manage obesity related chronic conditions. It empowers individuals and families to live healthier lives reduces healthcare spending for health systems and increases access to healthy businesses in low income neighborhoods through financial incentives.rnrnWe provide support for those struggling with obesity related diseases (such as diabetes heart disease and hypertension) in the East Harlem community.
