Overview

Flying labs Malawi mission is to provide effective low cost solutions in development work environmental management and climate change mitigation and adaptation by using drone data imagery. In climate change mitigation the organization works with vulnerable communities in participatory scenario planning community based flood forecasting and early warning systems. For environmental conservation Flying labs Malawi works with rural masses that live off subsistence farming to promote climate smart agricultural interventions land conservation agroforestry and sustainable natural resource management. The organization leverages drone imagery and data to document the environment and humans' interaction with it in a way that was not possible before.
