Global Eco Rescue Limited (GER) was founded in 2006 on the belief that valuing and protecting tropical rainforests can provide a key component in reducing global warming while at the same time presenting a profitable investment opportunity for capital markets. With this approach GER is able to achieve a model of tropical forest conservation whereby the forests themselves are valued by international demand for the services they provide to the global climate.
