Overview
Golding Homes is one of the largest not for profit housing associations in the South East region. It owns and manages 6,300 homes in and around the mid Kent area.
Established in 2004 following the transfer of homes from Maidstone Borough Council, we have invested more than ?100m in regenerating our homes and estates for our 20,000 residents. Our priority is to provide homes for our residents that are safe and secure and ensure our neighbourhoods are places where people choose to live.
