Founded in 2010 IMB works collaboratively with its partners to create large scale high performing minority suppliers by combining strategic advisory expertise with capital joint venture and partnership solutions. Through direct investing activities IMB seeks to buy companies with revenues of $25 million to $500 million that are existing suppliers to large corporations and government entities and enable them to reach their full potential by generating breakthrough revenue opportunities. IMB invests long term capital on behalf of its principals high net worth individuals and institutions on a deal by deal basis. In addition IMB offers a range of advisory services to large corporations and government entities seeking to grow their procurement spending with diverse suppliers.
