Overview

Formed in 2007 Micro Enterprise Services of Oregon (fka Pedagogy Institute) is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization that provides direct services to individuals who are seeking economic opportunities that allows them to create sustainable solutions for themselves and their families. In 2008 Micro Enterprise Services of Oregon adopted the Micro Enterprise Neighborhood Development Fund (MEND) program and renamed it Micro Enterprise Services of Oregon (MESO). In late 2009 MESO formed a new program Family and Community Empowerment (FACE). FACE's mission is to empower individuals and families who are in transition by providing educational economic and culturally relevant services and resources. MESO and it's FACE program both focus on uplifting individuals from poverty by capitalizing on their skills and talents and building confidence.
