Overview

Established in 1975, NHS of Chicago is a nonprofit, HUD-certified housing and counseling organization committed to helping homeowners and strengthening neighborhoods. Neighborhood Lending Services (NLS), a nonprofit mortgage lender affiliated with NHS of Chicago, offers affordable fixed-rate loans to help families buy, fix, or keep a home throughout Chicago and Elgin.
