Overview

Press 1 is a program aimed at people who want to learn English and also train professionally to work in a customer service call center.Each day participants attend their English classes for two hours and then work six hours serving clients in Press 1.English classes are free and the student receives the corresponding payment for the remaining 6 hours of work.The program lasts one year after which the students are guaranteed a full time job.
