Overview

Peralta Service Corporation helps keep neighborhoods clean and safe through public area maintenance while fulfilling its mission to provide second chance employment opportunities to folks with multiple barriers to employment. As a subsidiary and social enterprise of The Unity Council our company was founded and is guided by the principals of community empowerment and the belief that everyone deserves a second chance. We were founded in Oakland in 1975 and pay the Oakland living wage to all employees.
