At scale the company is designed to grow across the goat value chain through vertical integration with among other demand side operations in culinary services through its proprietary brands including Zamgoat Xpress BillyBurgers and Pizzagoat Africa and then later also pursue goat leather and dairy products operations while also offering of knowledge services and improved breeding genetics to smallholder farmers through Zamgoat Information Services and Zamgoat Farms among other supply side operations aimed at securing a consistent and improved supply chain. The company has to date purchased over 5000 goats providing a guaranteed market opportunity for over 500 smallholder farmers in Zambia and generating over $500000 in revenues. Having successfully developed a proven business model and a growing market over the last ten years Zamgoat is seeking to scale up its meat products operation by setting up an export ready goat slaughterhouse and meat processing facility in Lusaka as well as enhancing the company's supply chain by setting up goat aggregation centers in targeted rural communities across Zambia.
