It is not too difficult to ship and distribute medicine it is much harder to properly monitor and test patients in low resource rural conditions. It is important to regularly test patients on antiretroviral medication to ensure that the medicine is working properly and that the HIV virus is not developing resistance to the medication VivaScope helps in doing so.
