Fight the phenomenon of honor killings in the Israeli Arab community by helping Arab women to foster and advocate for change. CAWTAR believes that an integrated approach on either thematic or functional bases where research feeds into both training and advocacy is more effective than a single focus approach. Themes in development work are to be conceived of as interdependent.
