Overview

The New African Project was started in September of 2012 by Bernard Nii Nortey Botchway. It was initially found as a discussion group on the many issues facing Africa. However after much talking and debating certain key issues including educational systems and local level micro economics where discovered as main inhibition factors towards the progress of the African Continent. This led Bernard to take more concrete steps in addressing the problem. The New African Project board was convened by Bernard Botchway in January of 2013 as a core group of individuals who would work on developing possible solutions and making it accessible to people around the continent and around the world.
