Our team has successfully invested in dozens of housing developments.Second the surplus generated out of our housing investments provide the funds that allows us to offer our Trillium Mortgages to eligible purchasers. The Trillium Mortgage creates housing affordability because it is PAYMENT FREE until discharge. Every dollar we earn is plowed back into more affordable housing and Trillium Mortgages.What we offer goes beyond simple bricks and mortar. We offer our home purchasers careful analysis of their financial capacity. We provide education in financial and home management. In addition to investing our money we offer our developer partners support for the approvals and also the sales processes. Governments can help us create housing affordability without new costs for the taxpayer. We choose projects where the interests of the community Trillium Housing and the developer are aligned.Our relationship with new home purchasers is very important.
